Land Rover: The Pole of Cold Expedition Defender.

After several months of development, the #PoleOfCold Expedition #Defender is set to take on a journey to one of the coldest places on Earth.

The #PoleOfCold team has worked collaboratively with Land Rover to specially design a vehicle for their upcoming expedition. The team’s first sighting of the finished result took place at a recent trip to Solihull for final pick-up.

A Roof Rack System has been added to carry some of the team’s equipment, including a second spare wheel and ‘long-range’ fuel tank.

A winch has been fitted to the front of the vehicle, together with Shovels to help the team make it through the expected heavy snowfall when crossing locations such as the icy Scandinavian plains.
