The European Parliament is calling for the immediate release of all journalists held hostage in Syria of which there are over 10 at present. Yesterday, we had the honour to receive three journalists taken hostage while reporting from conflict zones:
- Florence Aubenas who was taken hostage along with her translator Hussein Hanoun Al-Saadi in Iraq (from 05/01/2005 to 11/06/2005)
