Hannes Swoboda: at my recent visit to Moldavia I saw old houses, young people and responsible politicians who know they have to talk to Russia and at the the same time come closer to the EU. Still after the annexation of the Crimea there is " no light at the end of the tunnel" in relation to the development of the neighboring regions of Russia.
